Dr. Blumberg is a Professor at the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy and serves as Director of the Antioxidants Research Laboratory at the Jean Mayer USDA Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging at Tufts University. He has published over 400 scientific articles and serves on the editorial boards of several scientific journals as well as public health policy committees. He is a fellow of the American College of Nutrition, American Society for Nutrition, and American Aging Association and is a Certified Nutrition Specialist - Scholar. He holds a PhD in Pharmacology from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine.
