Dr. Liz Lipski holds a PhD in clinical nutrition, is a fellow of the American College of Nutrition (FACN) and holds two board certifications in clinical nutrition (certified nutrition specialist and board certified in holistic nutrition), as well as one in functional medicine (IFMCP). She is a faculty member for the Institute for Functional Medicine and the Metabolic Medicine Institute’s fellowship program and speaks at many other conferences. She has been published in several peer-reviewed journals, including Nutrition in Clinical Practice, Integrative Medicine: A Clinician’s Journal, and Alternative and Complementary Medicine, and has authored chapters in several textbooks as well as several books, including her most recent, Digestive Wellness: Strengthen the Immune System and Prevent Disease Through Healthy Digestion, 5th ed. She has worked in the field of integrative and functional medicine for 40 years.
