Randy Oostra, DM, FACHE, retied  after serving as President and Chief Executive Officer of ProMedica, a not-for-profit mission-based, integrated health and well-being organization headquartered in Toledo, Ohio. The $7 billion organization serves communities in 28 states. Randy is regarded as one of the nation’s top leaders in health care, and believes community and service go hand-in-hand. Under his leadership, ProMedica received numerous national recognitions and accolades and became widely known as a national leader in addressing the social determinants of health and healthy aging.
