Registration Fee Details

The Summit will be a hybrid event which means there will be both an in-person component and a virtual component. Summit registration fees are the same whether you plan to attend in-person or virtually.

Attendance Policies
Attendee Cancellation + Substitution

Summit registration fees, for both in-person and virtual attendees, are refundable minus a $25 processing fee if your cancellation is received in writing no later than Friday, October 14, 2022. Attendee substitutions are allowed, but notification must be made in writing by Friday, October 14, 2022. After Friday, October 14, 2022, under no circumstances will refunds, credits, or substitutions be granted. For those planning to attend the Summit in-person, no refunds or credits will be given to “no shows.” For those planning to attend the Summit virtually, failure to log in to the broadcast with no prior written cancellation will result in complete forfeiture of Summit registration fees. You may transfer your Summit registration between in-person and virtual attendance, without penalty, by Friday, October 14, 2022. To submit any of the above, please contact Education@theANA.org.

Guest Attendance Policy

All Summit activities (including educational sessions, meal functions, exhibit hall, etc.) are exclusively reserved for registered Summit attendees. Non-registered guests (including children, family members, colleagues, etc.) are not allowed in the conference areas. Summit badges provided are required for entrance into all functions and will be strictly enforced. Virtual Summit materials are available only to registered participants. Just as is the case with our in-person Summit, participation is limited to the paid registrant. Log-in information is unique and cannot be shared.

Conference Modification or Cancellation

The American Nutrition Association reserves the right to modify the Summit schedule or program as necessary. We also reserve the right to cancel the Summit, in which case a full refund of the registration fee will be provided.

Recording + Photography Clause

The American Nutrition Association reserves exclusive rights to record (audio and video) and/or photograph all Summit proceedings for use in marketing materials, presentations and course content sales.

Through participation in this event, I give the American Nutrition Association (ANA) the right to use my name and image without compensation in both print and digital format, including through social media channels. I understand that my image may be edited, published, or distributed, and I waive the right to inspect or approve the image or the document in which the image appears.

Exclusive, written permission and licensing fee(s) is required in order to take, use, or reproduce any photography, audio or video from the exhibition or conference proceedings.
